Introduction
By using the Webzorix website or hiring our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our Services
Webzorix provides Shopify Store Development, WordPress Development, Custom Website Development (Laravel & Next.js), SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads & PPC Management. All services are governed by a project proposal or agreement confirmed before work begins.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required before any project commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Ad spend for digital marketing campaigns is non-recoverable once launched.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, content, and timely feedback. Any delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and may incur additional charges. Clients must ensure they hold legal rights to all materials provided to us.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all custom work is transferred to the client. Webzorix reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings or revenue growth, as these depend on many external factors. Webzorix's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. The client remains liable for all work completed up to the termination date. Webzorix may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or misuse.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
